A 3yr old boy found locked in an apartment is reunited with his mother, a sex worker and drug addict. The mother's Nigerian pimp had held her son hostage so she would be obliged to give him all her money. It is not known if the boy was sexually abused but doctors found that he had marks on his gums from being gagged for hours on end.
